Rosenstand Engineering are experts in classic mechanical engineering disciplines such as mechanical design, calculation and CE marking of complex equipment.
We are also skilled project managers who know our customers and their challenges well. With us, there are no bureaucratic intermediaries or lost information. You always get a direct contact person who will follow your project from start to finish.
Over the years, we have developed several hundred mechanical products, production apparatus, cranes and other lifting equipment for industrial companies across various sectors. All of this from our two offices in Denmark and Sweden, respectively.
History
ROSENSTAND A/S was founded in 2017 by mechanical engineers Fredrik Gustavsson and Steen Rosenstand. From the outset, we focused on the classic mechanical engineering disciplines. Almost all tasks were solved at the office in Aarhus N.
We don't send employees out of the office as consultants, so we are always available to our clients. Collaboration in the office is effective and educational for employees. Engineers know each other's strengths, and they know about the clients' challenges.
This strategy has proven to be sustainable - it ensures the quality of solutions and effective collaboration with our customers.
The office in Nyköping, Sweden, was established in 2022. This was possible because Fredrik and his family are moving back to Sweden, and we already had strong Swedish customer relationships. New relationships are quickly being established with several major Swedish customers within new, exciting industries.
The premises in Aarhus N had become too small, and most employees lived south of Aarhus, so in 2023 the company moved to a new and larger office on Danmarksvej in Skanderborg – close to Skanderborg Brewery.
The company's organic growth continues in 2024, and we now employ 15 engineers. Experienced mechanical engineer and project manager Lars Brunsgaard Poulsen is hired as project manager at the office in Skanderborg.
Our strategy remains to continue working from our offices and to focus on the core disciplines of mechanical engineering.

Mechanical equipment in sustainable balance
Sustainability is an important parameter when we develop new equipment. We always focus on optimising energy usage, both in the production phase and in the product itself. We are also mindful of reducing material waste along the way, and then we look at how we can simplify the subsequent operation and servicing of the equipment, so that it lasts as long as possible.
We have collaborated with many different companies supporting the green transition, including the wind turbine industry and the nuclear power industry.
